Terms Entered in Search
A name, county, or other term entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Hancock County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider may handle the query under its separate privacy policy.
Messages Sent to Us
An email or contact-form message is retained as needed to read and answer the request. Message contents and contact details are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
Technical Data Collected Automatically

These choices concern data held by this private site. Requests about a Hancock court file, Breckinridge booking record, KOOL entry, or other government record must go to the agency that maintains it under Kentucky law, including applicable procedures in KRS Chapter 61.
